I’m new to tinctures, this is a question instead of a review. The instructions say 1/3 of a dropper. Does this mean fill the dropper it comes with
1/3 of the way or is the entire dropper equal to 1/3 in which case you fill the entire dropper and that is the dosage? Sorry if this is silly, but want to do it correctly! Hoping this helps with my PMDD symptoms, I’ve heard great things and can’t wait to try! :) Ty!

I started using this when my last cycle ended. Typically the week before my period I am a menace to myself; moody, emotional, angry and overall hard to be around. I am also very crampy with back pain. I didn't even realize I was starting until yesterday! Cramps are a fraction of what they typically are, no mood swings...the only change I have made is this oil. It has made a world of difference in my mood, PMS symptoms, and sleep. Once I apply this I am asleep within 10 minutes. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Amazing product.
