Crap for That - Beat the Crap Outta

I purchased from array and hoped it would help my aching knees. I already was using No Crap In It magnesium spray at night on my knees. This has helped me with muscle cramps. I thought I’d try Crap for That-Beat the Crap Outta when it was explained during Array. It arrived earlier this week and this spray is truly fabulous. I spray at night and rub into my knees. The knees have a minty smell and warmth. The pain goes away quickly and stays away for 24 hours for me. I thought I’d have to reapply in the morning but I don’t feel like I have to. I still use my regular No Crap In It magnesium spray with fragrance on my arms and this on my knees. I will always have a bottle with me and one as a back up. I will be using this when we drive South for vacation in December. Thank you for another No Crap In It product that truly works. I’ve tried so many different natural things for my knee pain and this one is the only one I’ll be keeping in my routine. I will also be keeping the regular magnesium spray for my arms as it helps me fall fast asleep and stay asleep each night.
